...and on Buzzfeed there's a thread to challenge people to post things that aren't kittens but just as cute. The video I posted is from that list. I love this kid. The competition may be back on!

Maybe my cuteness meter measures in British units rather than metric, but I don't get "cute" from this video. I get "stage parent and future E! True Hollywood Stories episode" from this video.

Now, I'm not above putting videos of my son on the Internet. I don't, however, feel that I should script him with the words to a song and block him in the proper way to hold a guitar. I just worry for this child's future, frankly.

It would have been cuter if the child was holding the guitar by the neck, upside down and backwards. It would feel less orchestrated. That's not a criticism of the child but rather a critique of what may be going on behind the camera.
