I admit I was a bit provoked by our resident priest posting that document about the Catholic church's opinion on the California vote.
I was also influenced by a post or article I read yesterday about California (where slips my mind) expressing the issue in terms of the loss of exclusivity for the word "marriage". In the states where courts have required marriage for all, they have consistently said that the word "marriage" itself is important.
Hence my idea for trademarked words for marriage.
@Maura: that's a standard Ning template! The Mayrudj ning just had to be hetero-family-oriented.
